Founded in 2014 by the Dominican family, Foyer du Monde is a non-profit organization offering temporary housing and support to families who are asylum seekers or have no legal status, helping them with their settlement process.
Mandate
Foyer du Monde entrusted us with an ambitious mission: to completely rethink their visual and digital identity. Our first task was to carry out a full rebranding to modernize and revitalize their presence within the nonprofit landscape. Building on this initial collaboration, we are now leading the complete redesign of their website. Our goal: to create an intuitive, accessible, and engaging platform that effectively meets users’ needs while amplifying the impact of the organization’s online actions and communications.

For Foyer du Monde, a non-profit organization offering temporary housing to asylum-seeking and undocumented families, we envisioned a deeply human visual identity rooted in the values of warmth, kindness, and community. The logotype, composed of interlocking stylized shapes, conveys safety and cohesion while adding a touch of modernity and uniqueness. The DM Sans typeface, with its rounded and open forms, reinforces this sense of softness and inclusivity, while maintaining a professional and accessible tone of communication.
To visually express the organization’s mission, we combined clean shapes with watercolor textures and hand-drawn lines, creating an aesthetic that is both playful and refined. The photography, featuring film-like grain and warm tones, adds an authentic atmosphere that perfectly aligns with Foyer du Monde’s identity. This cohesive approach brings unity across all brand touchpoints—print, digital, and social media.
