  • Digital strategy
  • Paid search (SEM)

Our objectives

  • 1.

    Increase in-store sales.

  • 2.

    Increase online sales.

Our approach

  • 1.

Adjust the campaign setup to align with the standards used across the industry.

  • 2.

Target shoppers with clear intent by tapping into interest based audiences.

  • 3.

Upgrade conversion tracking to give our bidding strategy cleaner data.

Our work aimed to lift sales both online and in stores. We rebuilt the campaign structure so it matched the company’s online sales goals. The update covered a new keyword layout, refreshed visuals, and closer oversight of search terms.

To strengthen the campaign results, we used data from the connected Google My Business listing. We enabled the store visit conversion, set it up, and made it the main one so the campaigns could learn from it right away. This helped guide the budget toward the parts that brought in online orders as well as in store traffic, giving a clearer read on how shoppers moved from search to purchase.

We also added remarketing campaigns to reach people who had already visited the site.
