Building an environment where people can do their best work and create something exceptional.
As Director of Talent and Culture, Myriam defines and shapes Hamak’s human side. She creates the conditions for each person to build on their strengths, settle into where they fit best, and take pride in the work they do. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human relations from UQAM and is currently completing a graduate certificate in organizational management at HEC Montréal.
For Myriam, the quality of the work delivered to clients starts with the people who do it. When people feel heard, supported, and pushed to grow, they deepen their expertise, work more closely together, and stay committed to projects over the long run. That stability also means clients can count on dedicated teams who understand their situation and grow projects together with them.
Myriam keeps developing the agency’s practices so Hamak can keep attracting and retaining remarkable talent, all while preserving a culture that’s human, demanding, and open to the best ideas.
